Pentwater, Michigan is renowned for its clean, public, white-sand public beach along the fresh-water shore of Lake Michigan. Pentwater beach is part of the Charles Mears State Park, and stretches to the North for nearly a quarter mile from the channel pier and lighthouse.

During the summer months, nice days will bring crowds of sun bathers and swimmers to these shores. This beautiful strip of sand will be a bustle of sand castles, kites, beach volleyball, and water toys! Then, in the evening people return to witness some of the most dazzling sunsets in the world. This is a place to relax, unwind, and remember the important things.
